Winner of Food Network’s hit show EXTREME CHEF, Chef Klink’s training as an award winning chef first began in the rugged woods of the Pacific Northwest. Born the son of a logger, he lived off the land, catching, killing, and cooking his food. It’s the lessons learned in life that prepared him for the challenges he would face in the kitchen.

Klink combines his skills as a hunter, survivalist, fisherman and chef to create a unique outdoor cooking program. Hunt wild boar. Go head to head with a black bear. Duck hunt. Track a heard of elk.
For one week, Chef Klink will take you on the outdoor adventure of a lifetime teaching you how to survive
off the land by learning how to track, trap, kill, skin, and cook your own food. But beyond just a hunting trip, you’ll learn how to salt meat, smoke fish, and forage for wild greens and natural spices all in an effort to transform your kill into a four star meal.
